Asking a Trainer Many Questions Will Help You Achieve Your Goals

Over the years, I have had the honor and privilege of helping many people in NJ achieve their fitness goals. The satisfaction I receive from helping others is a feeling that I truly love and wouldn’t trade for anything in the world. It’s one of the many reasons why I chose to become a personal trainer. Therefore, if I had to give one piece of advice to all of you, it would be to take advantage of  the opportunity to ask as many questions as you can when you see your personal trainer, because that is what we love to do. The health and fitness industry is constantly changing. Everyday there are new studies being conducted, new research analyzed and new equipment tested. After all, exercise is a science and science demands research and analyzing. So there are basically two things you can do to stay current with the latest in health and fitness: Do your own research through the news, magazines, blogs and social media. Ask a certified personal trainer as many questions as you can. My suggestion is to do both. You can never have enough information, especially when it comes to your health and well being. So the next time you see your personal trainer or attend a networking event, business expo or health fair make it a point to approach them and ask all those great questions you have regarding health and fitness. I guarantee you, at the very least, you will walk away with information that could put you on the path to a better and stronger you. And remember, ” Take care of your body today and it will take care of you tomorrow.”...
