“You are what you eat.”  Does the age old saying really have any substance? The answer is “YES”. What you put in your body and what you do not has everything to do with how you look and feel. Different foods help your body, and others are nothing but bad for you. Over time, if you continue to use these bad foods, your body will suffer from it and you will eventually pay the consequences.

Strength exercise is a great way to stay strong and build those muscles for the future, but without a proper diet and nutrition your body can still be subjected to an array of issues.
